For such a group of intelligent people to have such thin skins is curious. Especially with an "ignore" button available to them.

I happen to have a parallel opinion of the running of Cortex at the moment that Iggs shares. In business there is no room for "excuses". You either get it done and make money, or you don't and you go broke. There are no warm fuzzies and nice little feel-good camp fires.

You have a pep rally to pump up your employees, but the bottom line is money talks and bullshit walks. It looks as if this company has run out of both.

I wouldn't ban anyone. I would encourage those offended to utilize the ignore button. That's what it is for.
