I feel bad about posting a good chart yesterday. I did not know there was going to be a filing...this bad. You can shoot the chartist if you want.
The only good news is that you are in the last resistance level if you want to unload. Otherwise if you are confident in your DD and phone calls you could assume bid support at this level to catch the sellers. You may pick up some shorters too, this news probably suprised them too, so you may see a breakdown of this resistance level.
I am assuming the audit team found difficulties in putting a valuation on property in the DRC or they found someone was scamming the company.All IMO, I have not done any DD.
