actually a shell won't acquire a shell. Rather a private company with some operations would reverse merge into glgt(the shell). From what I understand, the private company is in the biotech industry with no symbiosis with silent soldier. So perhaps the plan is for glgt to sell off the rights to silent soldier and other assets to other companies and use that to get some cash. Perhaps this possiblity of cash is what would make a glgt shell attractive to a biotech company.

What I still don't understand is if Reed quit or was kicked out. And if he was kicked out, by whom? And who the heck is running the show??
