Had a short conversation with JP. This is what he told me and authorized me to report to all of you.
They are working very hard on getting the audits completed. The reason it is taking so long is that they are redoing the 2007, 2008 and through the first quarter of 2009. The Company is growing and they are making positive progress on all fronts. They will not file for the BB or to resume trading until the audit and financials are completed. He states everything is fine, the sales are strong, and we need to remain calm and patient. He states he is dedicated to the investors and growing the stock. He would appreciate the time to complete what needs to be done.
I will just add, we have been in this stock for over two years. I have known JP and spoke with him many times during that time. I absolutely believe in him, his dedication, truthfulness, drive and determination. I believe he is share holder friendly and will do what is best for all share holders. As I have stated before he has everything tied up in this Company. He has a lot to loose if it fails. He has hired eminently qualified people to help him in this quest. We need to give him the space he request. We shall all see what happens.
