Sure, that's what it is. Intel has millions of NX capable Windows/Linux 64 capable chips that they decided not to sell yet.

They're probably stacked up in Craig's cubicle - good thing they're small, eh?

Intel could have them on the market in a nanosecond, right? They just prefer to have AMD take chunks of their most profitable segments "for marketing reasons."
