These features are fused off in Prescott, but they are in Nocona. The two use the same die, and the package does not affect the functionality of either of these, so it's not a long shot to claim that Prescott has this functionality. Is it that much of a reality reset for you to see this as a marketing move? There is obviously some demand for these items, so I'm sure they'll launch this year, but the exact timing is up to the people who make the decisions at Intel. You aren't going to see the lack of XD and EM64T kill Intel's sales any time soon.
