Reading between the lines,
In order for the 10K to warrant a relist, it would have to be done and relist applied for before May 15th because the deadline for the 1st qtr 2009 10Q is May 15th. In short, we should be on the BB in less than a month, according to statements below with the 10Q due shortly thereafter.
"The Company is in the process of completing its quarterly statements for the periods ended June 30, 2008 and September 30, 2008, and expects to file the 10-Q’s for those periods prior to the end of this month. The Company will then work with its auditors to complete its Form 10-K for the year-ended December 31, 2008. Upon completion, Advanced Cell intends to apply to relist its shares on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board."
