That's been my opinion for quit a while now and I totally agree with all of your statements.

It would be awesome if this would turn out to be a case that the SEC focused
on and made it a priority.

A good old hangin judge to try the case would be a nice touch, that would really
make it one of those wonderful HALLMARK MOMENTS...only if dreams can come true!
