I’m just now getting settled in my new home. The office was already setup but I have been dealing with getting my home in order. I have help but it still takes time. The tech part has been the worst issue. I’ve had the Internet satellite company here a few times because of problems. Also, I watch the financial news stations all day whether at the office or at my home office and due to the storms (we had tornados here last week and warnings again today) it knocked my Direct TV out. Direct TV will be out tomorrow so hopefully my tech problems will come to an end. I live on 4000 acres of rural land. Everything has to be on satellite.
In regard to Welwind, I spoke to Larry about 10 days ago. They are working diligently to get the 10K done on time. I have talked to the corporate attorney several times over the last couple of weeks, including today. The audit was more intensive and time consuming because of the change in auditors and additional information. I think once the 10K is released it will enlighten investors due to a proper explanation of the PPA and pending “Construction Permit”. During the conference call I don’t think it was it explained in such a way that everyone understood. By Chinese law, it is mandated that once a PPA is approved by the provincial government; the Chinese government has to issue the Construction permit which contains the terms. There are standard estimates as to price for the power but they are subject to change.
So as mentioned in the conference call, the logistics now have to be worked out between the Chinese government, the steel company and Welwind. I think if people really understood this, there wouldn’t have been as many sellers and the stock wouldn’t be sitting at these low levels. In addition, due to this move and the lack of a corporate update; information has not been disseminated to prospective new investors interested in this sector and this type of stock. I do believe this will be alleviated over the next two weeks and we can see the stock trading at a more respectable price.
Again, I am at the mercy of the company in regard to receiving information and also what I’m legally allowed to disseminate.
