Simply put, the supply of shares is greater then
the demand @ .02 and under. The reasons are that

be REALLY impressed if this buyout talk is true
and conversely Jared must really think he has
something to turn down the first offer. It
really just comes down to if you believe in Jared
and his products or you don't. Right now today,
the market wants a little more proof.
