No, and please stop putting your words in my mouth; they have a peculiar taste.
All I said is that if Moro did not sell any shares and he does not have another source of income, he would have to get cash to pay his bills. I also think that it is not excessive that the inventor, founder and CEO of an OTC company gets $110K in cash and $150K in options that he cannot exercise, particularly when one considers that he has not sold stock in over 2 years.
All that said, let us get back to my question, which you are unsuccessfully trying to avoid. You stated:
