slaz... to me, Mike's point is well taken. To the holder not knowing what is going on at this point, the dramatic increase in AS is scary as most assume the worst...they dilute with all of them. I personally think we will be pleasantly surprised with sales and share structure when it is finally all revealed as to what is/was going on. At that point, the share price will readjust itself... I think way up. Some think down.

Even if they hit their target of $12.9M this year with full dilution, this stock should still trade around .03 - .04. Not counting the effect of rumored JV's, new products, New Retail?, etc... any and all of those together would shoot us up even higher.....

If the OS stays under 1B, those numbers get a whole lot better. If we have some NS'n going on... even better yet! :)
