bing259: Thnx for update. On the one hand, it's good the pros (who else can short a penny stock?) apparently believe CTGI has bottomed; otherwise, they'd be adding to short positions, not covering them. On the other hand, there will no turbo boost of short covering if and when DR breaks his deafening silence with some laudable news.

These are my opinions and sentiments only. Take them for what they're worth. Do your DD. Buying stocks is risky!
