the MM dont' like to pump the stock for you since they knew you own 200M share as you claimed, this is why TNRI stay at 0.0001-2 too long. Now you need to pump the stock by yourself. othewise TNRI will face R/S risk anytime.

If the sock price stay at 0.0001-2 more than one month, Most companys( IMGW, IGNT....etc) will consider increase price by(1) paid pumper(2)R/S. 99% company select R/S since it is cheap and easy to reach to what price they like to be.
