I stepped out and I stay out. No filings to the sec of the deal. Crooks liaised to the company. One CEO debatting the deal with another one. Fluffy PRs. Promises of lots of money.

I predict that Tectane will state the deal is not valid, that PGYC will state that they tought it did, but ultimately it didn't. At the end it will be the 'believers' holding the bag.

I had my multiple 'bag'ger on it and fine with that. GLTYA
