medivation drug has issues with seizures. I scanned the articles, not sure that was mentioned but it will likely limit its use in earlier stage patients and it forced them to go with a lower dose than optimal. Drug to watch in prostate ca imo is abiraterone from cougar. Still there's room for many drugs in prostate cancer, not sure why investors don't understand it's not a one winner paradigm.
