They probably just needed enough to get them through the time period when C.O.R.E. and Black Sigil come out next month. Then, if all the games are a hit, they'll be making money off of those games to pay for future projects and operational costs, no need for any more issuing of news shares. If they are profitable enough maybe Ken will do a share buy-back someday, since I'm sure he wants to see the PPS go back up to beyond a penny, he probably just had a harder time getting these first batch of games out than he originally planned.
