But now that we have another offer coming in thirty days, it cements the fair market value of the company's somewhere over $.10, or at the minimum .10. After all, a willing and unsolicited buyer, with the cash, has already made a firm commitment to purchase EESO for .10, and he hasn't left the table. Money in the BANK!
