Are you serious? His drinking buddy could offer him a pack of smokes and Jared could claim there was a buy-out offer. Its a penny stock with virtually no SEC oversight. Since no one has seen the "LOI" and all details are kept super secret, who knows what is real and what isn't. Hope it turns out ok for you.
