I absolutely agree that there would have been dilution. I just find it incredibly distasteful to be told repeatedly that they were going to raise money with NO dilution... KNOWING that there would be HUGE dilution to so called "consultants".... There was NEVER any mention of that little bomb.
I further agree about the need for concrete SIGNIFICANT news in the very very near future or this will just be ANOTHER zip up.... and drift down back into a hole.
