The stock is turning over or changing hands. It's all about Supply and Demand. Stocks retrace because price has memory. . .

At this point, the stock needs a catalyst to get investor in. Stocks need to change hands for rises and falls. Most people sell too early for profits. I can understand that as a day trader.
