I think they have received that unreal offer, only because I have heard Jared say in the past that he would not even consider selling unles he received a great offer. I also believe he wants to follow his dream through to the end. That's why I think it will be some arrangement where he stay's in charge of the direction of the company, and he can reward us longs by allowing us the opportunity to keep our stock and give us a div/royalty up front.
On the flip side, if there is no buyout, he is going to announce some BIG contracts, as Drifter says. Anyway it pans out will be a win/win situation for us. GLTY
