Dog, you talk about ASFX as if it is dead but it obviously is not. You consistently spew your opinions as fact, however, your opinions are still just that... opinions. You can not possibly know for a certainty what the current condition of ASFX is without new factual information from the company.

As with every company, situations and conditions change. Continually and selectively harping on the same out dated negative DD is ridiculous.

You continue to bring up Kauderer in an attempt to spin negativity into ASFX. This is also ridiculous. The only person that I have suspicious reservations about is you. Given that you have no position with ASFX, I question why you are here and what your motivations truly are.

I can't argue that what you say is not a possibility (as it is with ANY company) but the opposing possibility is just as valid. What I see with ASFX is a company with great potential trying to get momentum. If you don't agree with that then that's your prerogative.

I would suggest that you include in your DD a business class or two and truly learn the difficulties involved in getting a company started with limited capital. When you take that into consideration, you will understand what ASFX has to deal with and realize that it's not the end of the world for ASFX... it's just small business.
