Way to go BUD! thanks for the insight! I recommend NM over OCNF, because OCNF cant bring the dividend back for a few years due to thier poor loan and debt covenants, but Navios can raise the dividend when they use the 300 million is us treasuries to make a purchase of a company later this year!
