What does Billy have to gain by sharing what they are doing with regard to the CD's? Zero. Yu yourself have stated that these things take time, whether it is due diligence on Ness, or trying to find a way to eradicate the debt issue so the company can begin to buy back shares and retire them.

**As an unrelated note, this board is the best one going for this stock. The Yahoo board is filled with ego maniac freaks who do nothing but slam one another and consistently show their lack of business acumen and maturity.
