The Company issued 39,890,180 shares of its restricted common stock valued at $1,994,509 in payment of the balance due Impact International, LLC, after remitting the net proceeds from the sale of its International Pipeline between the United States and Mexico to West Texas Gas, Inc.
That makes these restricted shares worth .05/share, however that is not all they have.
The SC13D/A indicates they have 48,703,160 or 22.4% of this co. Whether or not they are all restricted I do not know. However there are 51,931,410 Restricted verified with the Transfer Agent ( Above )
Impact International is imo the same as the GHK co.

Next this has a 52 wk high of .082, a 2 year high of .38ish, a 3 year high of $1.17ish. There is more.
