I don't know what they did in the distant past, but I'm talking about right now, and right now it doesn't look like they have many shares to sell, based on the way it's trading. If you look at how much volume there was on the drop from .01+ down to trip zero's, it's really next to nothing. Then a little bit of activity drove it up 250% in one day. That tells me a lot. I'm not talking about the past but on the way it's been trading recently. Think about it.
