Mark Felgenhauer
CEO

Mr. Felgenhauer brings over 20 years of technology and management experience to Reeltime, most recently from The Mortgage Warehouse which he co- founded and in which he is a managing partner.



Mark Cramer
COO and Director

Mr. Cramer is an accomplished technology entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience successfully leveraging hands-on technical knowledge and business development expertise into prosperous business ventures. His background in the design and development of innovative applications extends across a wide range of industries including some of the first cellular telephone billing systems, automated prescription drug dispensers, automated entry systems for secured legal libraries, and construction management software for foreign utility power projects. In 1985 he founded The Human Interface, Inc., organized to appropriate the growing pool of international technical resources in response to an increasing demand for experienced IT professionals in the U.S. Mr. Cramer joined forces with Kanbay International, Inc. in 1989 as its 2nd employee and EVP. Mr. Cramer contributed to the company’s success, establishing software development centers in India and a global delivery model for systems development. As the company expanded, he created and led Strategic Business Units, launched Kanbay’s west coast presence and directed the West Coast Regional practice to profitability by the end of its first year with subsequent significant contributions to Kanbay’s global bottom line numbers. As a member of Kanbay’s executive management team, Mr. Cramer participated in the on-going development and implementation of corporate strategy, organizational structure, marketing, business development and delivery models, culminating in a lucrative IPO in 2004 and subsequent acquisition by Capgemini in 2007 for a reported $1.25 billion. Mr. Cramer’s proven business vision and industry-specific experience will be important contributions to ReelTime.com.



Sean Lamont
Senior Technical Advisor

Sean Lamont has been deploying cutting-edge Internet and telecommunications technology for more than fifteen years. He is the Director of Engineering for Innovative Communications and is responsible for continuing product development. In 1994, Sean was Director of Engineering for seanet.com, a Puget Sound area Internet access and web hosting provider. In 1995, Sean acted as CEO of ServNet Internet Services, a provider of dialup and broadband Internet products and services, running it through its startup phase and orchestrating an Acquisition by another regional provider. From 1997 through 1999, Sean acted as CTO for RiseTech, LLC, a provider of fiber optic-delivered ethernet last-mile Internet and voice technology to high-rise tenants such as the Bank of America Tower. Sean holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Washington, where he also served on the advisory board for the Educational Outreach web certificate program.



Dave Craddick
Co-founder

Dave brings more than 20 years of advertising, sales, marketing, management and production experience to ReelTime, having launched numerous start-ups using his sales, negotiation and the strategic relationship skills. As founder and president of Caradoc Advertising, Dave successfully grew and sold the company before co-founding Ad Sign & Design, a graphic design and production company he also grew and sold. Recruited by Zone Networks, he worked as head of marketing launching the popular MountainZone.com and began the affiliate production company, Peak Entertainment as Chairman/CEO. The company grew to include sports television production, feature film development, merchandising, music management and recording facilities. Most recently, Dave was recruited to serve as co-founder and COO for Manhattan Entertainment Group, a television production and syndication firm and COO of Gotham Metro Studios, a diversified media enterprise, where he is responsible for all operations related to feature film development, production and distribution.
