I think there's more to it than that. If you read the Yahoo message board over the last few days you'll see where Homeland Security will issue a Sole Source contract to GNVC at any time, and they're committed to ordering a substantial amount of a new F&M Vaccine by November of this year.

I also believe anticipation of what will be presented on TNFerade at ASCO is starting to build. I believe the stock will go substantially higher on the strength of seeing the full TNFerade data.

Of course partnerships are what really should put the stock through the roof, that could come at any time for either drug, but I suspect won't come before ASCO for TNFerade so that a new partner is able to discuss the drug. While all potential partners have no doubt seen all the data if they've signed confidentiallity agreements, nothing beyond what's already been said can be until it's presented for peer review, that's at ASCO. I'm not saying a partnership's agreed to, just that if it has been, I believe it won't be finalized until ASCO so both companies can discuss it openly. JMHO.
