There is no doubt that a majority of the stocks discussed on IHUB are scams or dilution machines.
However, there are some very legitimate companies, as well, and I think most recognize this to be the case with SPNG.
How anyone can not see that fact I just don't know
I think raising the A/S 20 fold in a year might be a reason people would call this a dilution machine. Plus, the gagged TA bothers people. That lack of transparency is usually only found in the Pinks.

In reference to this statement. The A/S might have been increased, but did they sell and run off with it, or was it used for good?
I think the proof is products is all over the place
Revenue is coming in in droves not seen in OTCBB or Pink land
Advertising is AMAZING
Buying Back shares
I think it clearly shows it was very well utilized.
Other companies are never to be heard from again.
This one NO ONE can deny is REAL at the very least
Oh, and buy the way it is a fully reporting audited company, not a Pink.
Like I said, there is trading for everyone here, Long, Short, Swing
