All the rules and guideline and pilot handbook for the carriers and ALL other players is NOT complete and WILL NOT be ready for the market until the end of june when such handbook will BE MADE PUBLIC...those are BIG WORDS...BE MADE PUBLIC...Public to all who would infringe upon the patents ..
IMHO...this is why no big fighting words from neomedia have come forth, there is still a lawsuit...two lawsuits...hanging in the mix..So this is why I feel we have until the end of JUNE. Then the second half of the year will really start to roll this stuff out all over..All of this is ONLY MY OPINION....
