Nothing really the Company can offer? However It will offer Excuses. It has blamed 3rd partys{T/A} for not being able to provide a dividend Pay date and then on 3/13/09 it said it was in "advanced discussions" with the buyer of Molygold on How BEST to restrict our Shares. I about fell over laughing when I read that. The Company and its management is so grossly incompetant that they can NOT keep track of what they write in Company issued Press releases.

IT IS NOT [3RD] PARTYS, IT IS THE COMPANY NOT CLOSING FINANCIAL MATTERS PRIOR TO TRANSFERING A DEED OF OWNERSHIP. IT IS INCOMPENTEANCE AND BLATANT LIEING TO THE SHARE HOLDERS. LOOK BELOW, [THE COMPANY IS IN ADVANCE DISCUSSIONS WITH THE BUYER, OK, SO HOW COULD THE TRANSFER AGENT [EVER] GIVE A PAYDATE FOR MOLY IF THE COMPANY IS STILL NEGOTIATING STOCK? THEY CAN NOT. THE COMPANY BY IT'S OWN ADMISSION LIED TO US? IT LIED TO THE NAYSAYER SHAREHOLDERS AS EQUALLY AS IT LIED TO THE YAHSAYERS SHAREHOLDERS EQUALY. A LIE IS A LIE. In the SAME PRESS RELEASE IT REITTERATES THAT IT IS NOT AT FAULT AND IT IS THE [3rd PARTYS"}. BUT LOOK< LOOK AT THIS GAFF of an oversight. ******As of today, the Company is in advanced discussions with the purchasers of "American Molygold." These discussions involving restrictions on shares being distributed to our stockholders and various other scenarios********
