Correct It's in the only way to resolve this conversion issue : to have an increasing PPS .. The company is not able to convert at this level and would like to to keep the float manageable.from Errol's Words . Very interesting situation where it's in the interest of all to buy at this level , even the Company should do it ...
if the PPS increase sharply that will attract more attention
If the results are coming up in the Hight teens % ,that will bring confidence

also they can increase the Os issuing unrestricted common stock but the the float won't be amy longer manageable catch 22 situation ,,IMO there have 1 to 2 weeks here before the ones who would like to convert actually do it . meaning 1 to 2 weeks for the PPS to rise !
