The things I’ve read so far that people wrote about the meeting have been right on. Let me add a few more points. Gomez opened the formal meeting. There were over 709,000,000 share outstanding that could be voted; 640,701,138 were voted. All proposals passed and the Formal meeting was adjourned.

Then Gabriel started a presentation with Tony and Hector doing a few slides also. Questions were asked along the way. I would suggest some of you email them and request that the presentation be posted on the web sight for all to see -- Sarbanes-Oxley ya know.

Here is a couple of Qs that haven’t been shared so far (I think). 1) Will there be a reverse split? All methods of increasing shareholder value are always under consideration. However, a RS is the least desirable of all that have been discussed. Wall Street has conveyed their distaste for reverse splits. 2) Is the GMED agreement still in effect? Yes it has not been terminated and is still being listed as one of DNAP's agreements. However, no work has been done for them in the last year or more and no moneys have changed hands.

I’ll add a little more some other time. NO big news was announced as you all know.
