I think 504 is clear

even extra agreed what WNBD could do.

but WNBD stated had enough cash to meet near term objectives, but yes, we will have some continued dilution going forward in 2009 (for sure, to toon of about 300 million (forward twelve months) per my guesstimate - see past post - remember I was conservative in earlier estimate compared to actual O/S on March 26th)

I'm sure we would need a list of questions on shareholder's minds to start with. He typically has done good job with Memo(s), but a live CC would be possible but majority would need to be in listen only mode (for plethora of reasons). Let Moderator asks the questions from the group. Follow-ups questions can be private messaged to the Moderator.

I'm not interested in some "free for all", and neither would Eric; but under right setting and conditions, could be feasible - although memo's work as well - but we miss tone, etc. in the message being delivered.
