nah i dont think the market will tank if we get ch11. The thing is the big brain in DC mentioned few time that they want a something in between court and sell off. I think they are going to dust of one of those plans that have been in place for a long time that will let GM support the supply chain (cause if it collapses then there is no point to restructure GM) aka hayz get paid, but all the legal contracts in regards to UAW and all the legacy cost is null and void. I think the market understands that so we wont see any huge collapse. Ya there will be a day or two or heavy drop, but for us TA junkies that is just a good entree points.

As far as this price and what is going on with HAYZ. we will be hovering around this price, give or take a few, until we get guidance on earnings. It seems the market has determined that .20 is fare price for it.
