On a second look

I fell for Section #8 (greater then one year) box being checked.

Looks to me like its just the current 504 in play.

The OMB Number is just an SEC number and with it Expiring Sep 2008 and Eric signing and filing 2009

Then the following provision applies I believe:

Persons who respond to the collection of information contained in this form are not required to respond unless the form displays a currently valid OMB number.

So it's not old, it's the current 504 in play since says can go beyond a year (May 2008 started). By dating it today, that's the $$ received today on it. Isn't this what people wanted, some information and transparancy?

I told you, most wouldn't be able to read things correctly; I even initially got it wrong a little.

Now that this original has been filed, he can file "amendments" as seen fit. AWESOME!!

I think I got it all right now.
