A few comments :
1] This explains why the CEO had to go to Georgia last year.
Looks like the Reason was NOT to 'visit' the HD HQ .
2] These SEC Filings are supposed to be BEFORE ANY Of The
"Offering" is sold. NOT 11 MONTHS AFTER THE FIRST SALE.
3] Our guess/Bet is that these "Offerings" are Super-Toxic
Convertible "Preferreds" and/or CD's. With No Restrictions
on how fast they can be 'Converted' to commons , probably
at ~75% of the recent average trading price , and then sold ,
ASAP , to the still-averaging-downers .
4] This explains the wnbd CEO's Deliberately Vague Wording ,
regarding 'wnbd follows the protocol' .
5] This explains why the wnbd CEO just 'updated' [Although
Totally UNverifiably] the 'trading float' count .
6] Because , we guess/Bet that Massive New Common Dilution
probably started , the very next day. Could be as much as
$260,000 before 12May2009 , and then another $740,000 on as
soon as 13May2008 .
7] We also noticed that the :

8] Which means that Real UNdilutable Preferreds Can Be
Bought from the wnbd CEO , for as little as $5,000 per shot ;
