Don't want to spoil the party, but there's a lot of red flags coming up on this one :

* Unknown party that wants to purchase
* no Fillings to the SEC
* whenever it tanks, they PR
* PRs themselves are fluffy


Judge for yourself : a stock being claimed to be worth +/- 8 to 10 times the current pps. I judged and I took the money. If I mis out on more, I'll still have the ability to look with a small smile to my account.
