It seems to me your not from the Midwest, probably from the West Coast. It is different in the Midwest. The auto industry teaches you too push for efficiency to hold cost down. I agree with you how screwed up most businesses are today - too many business MBAs and financial people running companies that know nothing about the product and customers just spreadsheets and shareholder value - just in the financial sense. Jared is a Midwest boy so he is different from the types you are use too. If this was a NY company I would just have run because it would have been 99% certain to be a scam.
