Yes, I do believe that ECCI can get to .04 per share. I have no confirmed reasons of substance to justify such thinking, but I do believe that the potential exists given its contract potential from a variety of major companies that were and are interested in their technology. I also think it can get there without any reverse split given the right contract announcements.
