cassini: Right. SEC allows a maximum 15-day extension for late 10-K filing and maximum five-day extension for a late 10-Q. CSMG has until April 15 to submit its 10-K (ordinarily due 90 days following fiscal year end, i.e., March 31 for year 2009). One hopes there will be, at the least, some glimmers of light in that presumed fretful document.

These are my opinions and sentiments only. Take them for what they're worth. Do your DD. Buying stocks is risky!
