You know, it is very surprising to me that so many people are sooooo surprised. there have been people on this board for years who have said this, me being one, it is only logical that addax take a stake in erhc. They are carrying us. So if you did get share swap and cash or just shares at first. Addax will triple from here, so you get your money anyway, what can you do with some freed up cash right now? plenty in this market is the answer!! lets get the lock off this stock and move on.
