I agree that we can't move forward if we can't learn to let go of the past. For me personally, it was the CEO recognizing that he made and missed deadlines that mattered. What I saw in the past was that he was coming up with excuses or trying to justify not meeting them by saying "well...other companies on pinksheets don't meet deadlines either and we're meeting more than they are", which was a very immature response in my opinion.

Today's PR recognized that he missed them and assured us that we will see the reasons and understand them in the near future as they begin to up-list. Still no reference to why auditors names weren't released and more details surrounding dilutions...but hopefully those will be addressed during the Conference Call.
