After reading the NR I'm thinking that not until the deal is finalized on paper and money trades hands that we will see an increase in the stock price. There have been far too many companies that gain an agreement with a customer only to have it fall apart by the time it comes to signing the final document so I think people are being extra careful until then. We'll probably decline from here for a while.
