Not really, if you think about it, this stock drifted down to 5 cent on low volume. Investors/traders were wanting news on a signed contract, and now they have news of such, this should at least go back to the 10-15 cent range off this PR alone. Get dollar figures in and we'll be back to the 20-25 cent range in my opinion.
