This tells me that the SEC does approve companies for uplist. Now you can read this any way that you want and it is no big deal because it is just your opinion and thank goodness it isn't mine. Who is right here? Who the heck cares? If people are using your opinion or my opinion instead of verifiable facts to do their DD then I can't really count that as serious research into the fundamentals of this company.
