MZTA also filed 15-12g on 3/31. Could be pretty sweet breakout from here imo. MZTA was multiple pennies just a month ago and has been dropped down on very light volume. How light? Well, today's volume was many times the volume this stock has traded TOTAL since it was 3 cents per share. That's pretty telling to me. No wonder they're keeping the spread how they are.
