I want answers and any stock holder should and also be given the correct information, to threaten me that If I don't do as you wish you are wrong.

#1. Did Dan Seifer pay back his loan to the company

#2. What happened to Don Quarterman and his stock and what day did he pay for his stock.

#3. Is it against SEC Violations to sell someone stock without restrictions and also from a family member, answer this one.

#4. How many companies have UTRK contracted with companies?

#5. A shell is a shell correct.

#6. I think an audit should be done and also check out companies like RSFF, NWAU, NAUG, and not to mention VLXC as D Seifer was just a little bittie IR guy for Mr. Matin lol.

#7. Can a Owner with more then 5 or 10% sell any shares without submitting proper information to SEC.... Answer the question, as your past Boss Man told me he would sell me another $25K worth but had a 1 year restriction on shares, yep I got the email, texts, you name it.

If I were Dan I would resolve whatever he could with a stockholder who was told NO Reverse Split and the same time asked to buy shares. If I were a big boy lol resolve my shares and take care of what you screwed me on over and over.

Oil Wells: OMG I have some names and phone numbers of people involved YEP. Nice old man that told me his oil numbers and how Dan needed him to help him on his way to get this going, and YEP the oil deal was a Shell and Dan told me it's going nowhere.

You all got what Dan did to you and you deserve it, same as IR guy who nothing about oil but got hundreds of thousands of shares for what, and did they all pay Taxes on these shares, next step is state board of equalization with IRS.

Yes I hopped I could just get what shares I got screwed on and then make my own decisions, but Dan never wanted to help anyone especially me who tried to help Daniel.
