PGYC,...Here's your answer folks:

just called Delaware - they said share structure was increased to 1 Billion Shares (common) on April 3, 2009.
I used the info posted on IHUB

Delaware Corp Info - 302-739-3073 - Option 8 - Corporate File number for PGYC is 4129054

guess that explains some things. tsk tsk
